For some of you a new cycle of the club membership will soon kick in. We’re currently still developing a new function for the club item delivery and we’re hoping to introduce this new delivery method sometime on Friday, 8th of March 2013.

How is this new delivery function supposed to work?

Currently you have to check all your characters for the necessary club items, which is not a very comfortable method.

Therefore we’ll introduce a new function which will be available through the account management on our website. When this function will be live, you’ll be able to choose one of your characters, this character will then receive the club items with the next cycle of item delivery for club members.

Delay of club item delivery

As this new function is not fully ready and tested yet, the delivery for new club items is currently on hold. We’ll try everything to get the new function ready on Friday. Once the new function is live, the delivery will work through this new option. If you do not choose any character, you will receive the items on the character which you played during your last play session. We strongly recommend making use of this new option, as soon as it will become available.

We’ll inform you once this function will be live or in case of any delay as well.

Update:

As we need some more time to finish the function and test it properly, we'll introduce the new delivery option on Tuesday, 12th of March 2013 with our weekly maintenance.

Until then the delivery of club items will be on hold, as we want to avoid any further confusion or problems with the delivery.

You'll still receive the village atlas for all your characters and of course the club membership hotbar will be active for all your characters as well.

Update 2 - change of delivery function:

The delivery function will now work in a different way compared to the initial announcement. This function will be active after our weekly maintenance on Tuesday, 12th of March 2013.

All club members will receive a club membership item package through the item claim menu in the game. The package will be visible for all your characters, but can only be claimed once.

The village atlas is available through the item claim menu for each of your already existing characters. If you create a new character, this character won't receive a village atlas until the next club item delivery cycle for all your club items kicks in (for example your 3rd month of club membership).

Important: As the club membership item package can only be claimed once, please make sure to use the correct character to claim this item box from the item claim menu.
